1. About these Terms

These Terms govern use of aspirelogically.com and services of aspirelogically.com LLC (EDRPOU 37797847), 24 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Office 7, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. They comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection' and Law No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book tattoo or permanent makeup (PMU) services. We may request ID. Services are not for minors.

3. Services and Licensing

We provide tattoo and PMU services. Where presented as medical or cosmetic medical procedures, we comply with Fundamentals of Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care No. 2801-XII of 19 November 1992 and hold required licenses. Sanitary compliance follows Law No. 4004-XII of 24 February 1994 'On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population'.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings via our contact form redirect to a thank-you page. We confirm by email. Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Prices include applicable taxes; we are a single tax payer, VAT optional.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds follow the Law No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'.

6. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate health and contact information, follow aftercare instructions, and comply with Law No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. Electronic communications confidentiality is protected under Law No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 'On Electronic Communications'.

7. Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by our fault. We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to disclose health conditions. Advertising complies with Law No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
